A Strong Motor Length of wire is just what you need to wind a single stator motor. This is first quality magnet wire with tough but thin insulation. I purchase magnet wire in large spools. The wire is from multiple sources and all is rated between 105 and 155°C. If you just want enough to build a few motors, buy "STRONG motor lengths". That's enough to fill a single stator motor. Length varies with gage as follows: #30= 42', #29=36', #28=30', #27= 24', #26=18', #25=14', #24=12', #23=10', #22=8', #21=7', and #20=6' If you build a lot of motors buy it in spools from suppliers like Alltronics. They sell 1/4 Lb spools of AWG #13-38. For example, a 1/4 lb spool of #26 has about 325 ft and costs $5.25 + $8 shipping. Key Benefits
