"Strong" can parts for assembling (soldering) cans yourself.  Make setscrew hub cans for single or double stator motors.  The  soldering jig is required to assure precision alignment while soldering these parts.  The jig can be used over and over.  The jig is shown above with a shaft and parts to make an extended can double.  Insert any 3 mm shaft in the jig and the precision turned fixture will then hold flux rings cans and hubs in proper alignment for soldering.
